Appzation Pty Ltd built the Uncaption app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Appzation Pty Ltd at no cost and is intended for use as is. By downloading the Uncaption mobile application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our services.
Description of Services
Uncaption allows users to create edit photos and create content for social media, including the creation of photos designed for instagram stories using our custom designed templates. Within the templates found in the Uncaption app, there are free templates, and there are templates that are only available through a subscription which is paid monthly or yearly depending on which one is chosen by user when opt in to the subscription.
Use License
Permission is granted to use the Uncaption app for personal or commercial purposes with the intention to edit videos and or create content for social media. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
Attempt to reverse engineer any aspect or software contained in this app or attempt to obtain the source code in any way;
Transfer or share the access to the Uncaption subscription with another person.
Attempt to cause damage or harm to our content or services.
Attempt to gain access to the benefits of Uncaption subscription without being first subscribed.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Uncaption at any time.
Disclaimer and Limitation
The content and service provided by the app Uncaption is provided on an "as is" basis, and without any warranty or condition, express or implied .In no event shall Uncaption be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the content on the Uncaption app or website, even if Uncaption or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Further, Uncaption does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials in this app or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this app and associated website(s).
Accuracy of material
The content in the Uncaption app and website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Uncaption does not warrant that any of the content in this app or website are accurate, complete or current. Uncaption may make changes to the materials contained in the app and website at any time without notice.

Subscription
Uncaption offers a premium subscription for access to locked features.• Subscription is auto-renewable which means that once purchased, it will be automatically renewed until you cancel it 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.• Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.• Manage your Subscription and Auto-Renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
